2011 Research Grant Awards

In 2011 Her Excellency Ms Quentin Bryce AC, CVO, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, awarded the Macular Disease Foundation's (formerly known as the Macular Degeneration Foundation) inaugural research grants to leading Australian researchers.

A group of 80 guests, including the successful grant recipients, gathered at Admiralty House in Kirribilli, Sydney, for a morning tea hosted by the Governor-General.
